Sourcing Best Practice Group
Deep dive on topics around IT Sourcing with experts. These are peer groups of 6-10 people across companies who are interested and deeply experienced in the topic of IT sourcing. 4 half day work sessions per year including lunch. Typical member profiles are CIO, Vendor Management or Applications/Infrastructure leads. The group defines the topics of interest which are communicated beforehand and everyone is given the time to prepare.
