360° Health Check

​Our 360° health check is a comprehensive assessment of Service Provider Performance and Client Maturity on IT Sourcing. We capture information through an online survey and series of interviews. We use our Collaboration Scorecard to measure performance on Service Delivery, Account Leadership, Governance and Innovation/ Transformation. We set a baseline, come up with recommendations and help you put together an improvement plan to bring your collaboration to the next level.

Augmented Partnership

S-Square will be besides you during contract execution - helping both parties to get to best in class governance and performance. We participate in the monthly/quarterly meetings, coaching both parties to strengthen the Service Performance Management and Contract Management routines.
