S-Square is pleased to present the results of its Partnership Benchmark 2020. Over the last 10 months, we have been speaking to leading organizations across Belgium to understand how you source and deliver IT services; understand trends and market best practices; and, to get feedback on service providers in the areas of applications and infrastructure services. We have also been speaking to the Service Providers to understand their capabilities, differentiators and focus areas when it comes to Belgium. 

 

We are proud to announce that in the very first year, of what we hope to be an established annual benchmark, 

we had participation from 70 top Belgian companies and government organizations that covered 165 contracts. At each of these organizations, we probed the IT leadership on their IT sourcing strategy.  What kind of sourcing model do they follow for the different activities? What is their supplier strategy? What kind of supplier relationships do they have in place? 

 

We wish to present to you the state of the IT services market in Belgium today. Who are the top service providers for applications and infrastructure services? What are their strengths and weaknesses? What is the market’s level of satisfaction with their services? At the same time, our study goes beyond a quantitative scoring of service providers. We present sourcing trends and best practices and we feature a short supplier profile for the top 13 service providers in Belgium. This year, we have a special report on AI which is the most exciting topic that organizations are focused on today. Which service providers are leading the way for AI in Belgium? Are these the same providers as for mainstream IT services or do we see different players?
